Hello,
I am using office 2000 with all patches installed, when I right click a
picture left send to, left mail recipient it opens a new mail msg. I then
click the to button to choose my recipient and I get the following error "
The operation failed due to network or other communication problem", I
checked MS KB and the only thing it states is that possible HAPPY.EXE virus
to rename Normal.dot file and try again.
No viruses, Trojans, spyware on PC.
I tried another way was to open Outlook, create a new mail msg, attach a
file, click the TO button, type the name that I want to select, and outlook
disappears, in task mgr, mapi32 is still running.
Any ideas????
