Outlook Connect does not sync calendars

I am posting this in the General section since I believe it is more than a
“calendar†issue. I am a MSN premium user (paid account). Since the roll
out of windows live in July I have not been able to sync my calendar. I have
been through every conceivable support MSN has to offer, but everyone says
“it’s not my issue†and passes me on to someone else. There is NO support
for this product! Finally, I have been in contact with someone via email,
but still no solution. With the roll out we were all told to upgrade to the
Beta and that should “fix†the problem. I was one of the unlikely one that
the Beta did NOT fix the issue. A product is no longer “beta†when users are
forced to use it!

Frankly, if I paid for a service and the support people wouldn't help me,
I'd prompty cancel the service and request a refund. Google's calendar
syncs with Outlook, or so I've read, and gmail is free.
