When launching Outlook, we configure all the client to
select the connecting type, either "Connect" or "Work
Offline". We see a problem that this client's outlook, the
screen will not appear not matter what we do to this
client. We try to reinstall office and yet it still the
same. How could we fix the problem as the client will not
go offline!
Any files in the system we can remove or replace to bring
the screen back?
