Outlook connector does not update inbox automatically

Hi,

I have just installed outlook connector yesterday and facing this
problem:my hotmail inbox does not update automatically. I have to close the
reopen outlook everytime in order to have the most updated inbox.

For sending out emails, its working totally fine though.

Please kindly help, thanks!
