Outlook Connector not syncing all folders

Just installed Outlook Connector (version 12) and works in part, but there
are several folders that didn't sync. Most did, but folders which had mails
with larger attachments didn't sync at all. Any ideas of what I can do to
get the remaining folders to sync?

I had to delete the Hotmail account and then re-add it before synching would
work.
