Outlook Connector Problem

I removed Outlook Connector; however, the menu item in the File Menu is still
there. How do I get rid of this menu item? It's not a big deal but just
wold like to remove it.

Version of Outlook?
did you uninstall the connector and reboot or just remove the connector
account?

2003. Getting old so can't remember if I uninstalled it or not, but it is
nowhere on my hard drive now so I must have. I did remove the account as
well. The menu item doesn't work, it is just there. I'll look in the
registry to see if it can be removed.

Its not in the registry. Delete/Reset the toolbars (view menu) and find and
delete extend.dat. (http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/filepath.htm if
you need help finding the file.)

Well, when all else fails go back to basics! Installed “Outlook Connectorâ€
and let WinXp remove it again. It’s gone. Must not have done it right the
first time. Oh well, getting old is not for weak minds and impatient oldies.
Thanks again,

Jeff
