Outlook Connector & Setting Pop3 account as default

After installing outlook connector, I am unable to get Outlook to allow me to
set my pop3 account as the default email account. I get error message
0x8004101b.

I use my computer for both work and personal and the pop3 account is the
work email and the one that I send the most messages on.

I am using Windows XP Prof SP 2; Outlook 2003 SP 3 (11.8169.8172); Outlook
Connector 12.0.4518.1068.
