Outlook Connector what is the latest version?

I've been trying to install Outlook Connector 12.1. I've been having
problems installing, when I do a Outlook Connector/About Outlook Connector
the version reported is

Microsoft® Office Outlook® Connector ( 12.0.6414.1000 )

is that 12.1?
