Outlook Connector

Hey, everybody. I;m trying to link up my Verizon/MSN
software with Outlook 2002. In Outlookm I keep being
prompetd to update my Outlook Connector to do so.

Whenever I hit "Upgrade Now," it begins installing.
However, the Windows Installer always says, "The
installation package could not be opened. Verify that
the package exists and that you can access it, or contact
the application vendor to verify that it is a valid
Windows installer package."

Can anyone help me to actually update the Connector? I'd
be greatly appreciative.

there was a similar post in MSN discussion newsgroup and the following
solved the issue. please try this out.
Seems like the
package can't be downloaded completely. This often happens with me if my
Temporary Internet Files cache is full (which happens if you've moved it to
a dedicated partition). Try cleaning the TIF first
(IE/Extras/Options/General/Temporary Files/Clean files) or use a download
manager.
