User has to forward his own contact record in Outlook to
an external user. He had been tracking my activities but
turned it off.
When he sends a test to another user of Outlook, they
receive all of my details including activity references.
How can we avoid sending references to his activities
along with his contact information? I have created
another contact, but no matter what I do, activities are
