I have not found a way to setup Word MailMerge for
Outlook Contact list by Category. You can do it by ZIP
or City, State but not by Category. This would seem a
logical feature to include. I keep all my names, email
and addresses in my Outlook XP Contact listing. I use
Category to seperate my business from personal, relative
etc. categories. It would be convenient to send an
invitation to relatives and friends but not business
categories or send importent business related information
to business category but not my relatives or friends.
