Microsoft has no concept of small business...
We we're hopping that the contact management tool for
2003 would be for small businesses but Microsoft has a
whole different view of a small business than mine this
contact management tool MUST BE SHARED within the small
business. A small Business can have more than one
individual working on the same area or location. It's
very funny who Microsoft tends to not to help us GO WHERE
WE WANT TO GO TODAY...
