Outlook Contacts Auto Country Code

Does anyone know if it is possible to stop outlook auto
inserting country code into contact phone numbers. I
synchronise with Sony P800 Symbian OS and when I dial
direct it will not handle with country code.

Just disable that option in Dialing options...
(Contacts > Actions > Call Contact > New call...)
