Outlook contacts cannot be used to address letters and envelopes .

Outlook contacts cannot be used to address letters and envelopes in WORD
unless contact has an email sddress. Those contacts without an email address
don't show up as being in the address book in WORD. I have requested help on
this issue from Microsoft but so far I have not received any usefull help. I
have used a fictitious email address as a work-around-- "(e-mail address removed)", but
that shows up as part of the address requiring editing.
