Outlook contacts dr. watson

Good day!
Im using Outlook 2000 SP-3, and Windows NT SP6.
When I try to insert my Personal contacts when sending message or when I
open my personal contacts or in making rule wizard when i open there my
personal contacts, Dr. Watson appear.
What can I do?
