Outlook Contacts hidden

Hi, I've got Outlook 2003 (on Vista 64). I installed it and copied over my
data files from an old machine. All showed up correctly.

I installed Business Contact Manager.

I have noted that now the "Ctrl+F3" to get to contacts brings up the BCM
contacts. I can get to the old contacts by doing GO>FOLDER and choosing
Contacts under Personal Folders.

If I try to go to the Address Book it says "The address list could not be
displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be
opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions.
For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Adress Book,
see Microsoft Office Outlook Help." (and I can't see anything helpful about
it in there either!)

I would like to be able to use my personal contacts some times and business
contacts at other times - how do I achieve this?
