outlook contacts linked to excel spreadsheet?

I have a category of Contacts in Outlook that I'd like to
be able to link dynamically to an Excel spreadsheet. The
function would be, everytime I enter a change to the
Contact, I could auto-update the spreadsheet.

Is this possible?
