I have about 1000 contacts in outlook, and have been surprised that several
contacts that have only a telephone number, email address and a name are 4kb
in size. Makes for a lot of contacts information that wastes space on my
pocket pc...
So, I copied a contact to my desktop and opened it with notepad, and to my
amazement, information is in my contact that has long been deleted. As
well, server paths from companies I worked at over 5 years ago, still exist
in the contact... Even though this information does not appear when you
open the contact with Outlook...
All this information has bloated the contacts. How do I make my contacts go
on a diet and shed this unwanted unused information??
