Outlook Contact's trouble

Who will help me saving my face.
I searching for a way to synchronise the contat;s between 3 computers,
working in the same LAN and using outlook.

So when persoon one is adding an new contact and save's it the contact will
also be add to the 2 other workers.

Outlook's data files do not permit sharing, so synchronizing is a challenge.
