Outlook Contacts With EMail, Default Table Font, Storage Location

I am new to outlook.
I have several IMAP email accounts (most used) and a couple of POP accounts.
I have three questions:

1. I have contacts but they aren't used when writing emails e.g. completing
email addresses from names or searching for addresses. How can I use them?

2. Is there a way to change the default font for all column views for all
email accounts and all folders in one go? If so how?

3. I want to change the storage location but Outllook still seems to require
a .pst file located in local settings/application data. Is it possible to
break this link and keep everyhting in one place and in one file? Again how?
