Have used Office 2003 for a number of years. Recently Outlook struggles to
load up. Sometimes it takes several goes to do this. In the last few days
Outlook continually tries to send a non existing e-mail. I am able to get
other e-mails out. Error message displays for short time before starting over
again:
Task 'Joseph@Scientex - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'
