It seems that Outlook wants to be open at all times. If I
send an email, it sits in the outbox until the next
receive cycle or until I push send on the task bar
button. I can change the option so that it delivers mail
immediately after it is sent, but then Outlook runs in
the background at all times. Since I edit lots of video,
this behavior slows down my machine. Is there a way that
I can only push the send button once : ) to send mail
without the program running in the background?
Thanks for any and all help!
