Hi Can anyone please advise on how to copy all contracts from a damage laptop
(the hard disk is still ok). Where do I find the file and how do i export it
to the new PC

You don't export. Neither do you import.
Search the HDD for a file called *.pst. You may a) need to enable hidden
files and b) take ownership of it. Copy that file to your new computer,
and paste it into your Documents folder.
Then open Outlook and do File-Open-Outlook Data File.

You dont export it.
Assuming laptop doesnt boot, you remove the hd, connect it via external
enclosure to another PC then copy the outlook data files, and any other data
to Documents Folder/subfolder of the new PC.
Then within new PC Outlook, open the data files and copy data to your
current data file, or set your old data file as the default msg store

Do NOT copy data files to outlooks default location and overwrite any
existing data file
You may have to "take ownership" of your old folders, see win help in
whatever version you are using
