Outlook crashes on Send/Receive

When Outlook 2000 tries to do a Send/Receive I get a message titled
"ThorConnWndClass: Outlook.exe - Application error".

The message is: The instruction at "0x3a299337" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I've tried to repair errors and to reinstall. No change. Any idea?
