Outlook crashes / problem user32.dll

M

Marco de Witte

When trying to change some settings (like changing the timetable of the
calendar from 30 to 15 minutes) in Outlook 2007, the program restarts. The
message is:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6316.5000, stamp 4833a470,
faulting module user32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, stamp 48038e04, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00052dee.

I have reinstalled Office several times, but nothing changes. Does anyone
know how to solve this problem?

Thanks, Marco.

Did you get the information from the Application Event Viewer? What's the
eventID number and source?

Did you upgrade from Office 2003 to Office 2007 or did you uninstall 2003 and
do a clean install for 2007?
