outlook crashes when clicking on long urls

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP SP2 with the latest IE 6.0
patches. For some odd reason when I click on a hypertext link my outlook
crashes with an application error. I'm stumped. I've tried uninstalling
and reinstalling just about everything including rolling back to outlook
2000 with no improvement. Here is the system log message that I'm getting
along with the url that is causing outlook to crash.
