Outlook crashes when I read Sent mail

I created an Outlook plain text e-mail message that included copied text and header from a Lotus Notes webmail message on another account that I have. I was able to send the message OK, but now, when I try to read some Sent messages in Outlook (even those that don't include items copied from Lotus Notes), Outlook crashes.

The first error message I get is a Microsoft Word error message box reading: "There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font." There is an OK button in the box. When I click it, I get the following error message box

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Librar
Runtime Error
Program C:\Progra~1\Micros~2\Office10\Outlook.ex
Abnormal program terminatio
<button> O

When I click OK, Outlook usually hangs until I close it by clicking <ctrl-alt-del>

The crash did not happen when I tried to open an e-mail that I just sent, but did happen with e-mail sent earlier today

I tried customizing Outlook's e-mail format by sending in Rich Text (the most recent message, which didn't crash, was sent in HTML), using Times Roman 12.5 font and modifying the paragraphs in my Normal style.

Any ideas of what's causing this, and how to fix it

Jay
