Outlook Crashes Whenever I Open an Email

Every time that open an email in Outlook 2002 and now in
Outlook 2003, Outlook hangs for a moment and then
crashes. I get the message:

"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The error report has this information:

This driving me crazy -- anyone else had this problem?
