Outlook crashes

I just upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook. Now my
Outlook keeps crashing every time I load the program.
What can be causing this and how do I fix it?

Error msg?
Does it just start, then immediately crash?
Have you run Detect/Repair frm the origonal instalation CD?
