Outlook crashing after splash screen.

Got a problem thats confusing the hell out of me, i've got a system that
Outlook refuses to run properly on. The modname associated with the crashes
is Outllib.dll.

Ive attempted a repair install, an uninstall/reinstall and a few other
solutions i found around the net (including renaming extend.dat etc).

It runs fine in /safe mode, and im not sure if it has anything to do with it
but if i run it in safe mode then minimise it and run it normally it'll load
up fine with all the addons etc.

Any suggestions on where i can go from here would be appreciated.

Well, you've already said that Outlook will run in its safe mode. That
means all the add-ons do NOT get loaded when starting in safe mode. So
disabled the add-ons and plug-ins in Outlook and reenable them one at a
time to see which one is screwing up Outlook. Outlook has to load those
add-ons and plug-ins when it loads, so if one of them crashes then it
takes Outlook with it.
