outlook Ctrl K issue

Hello folks

When i have a contact in the Global address list and in the contacts
at the same time.
i try to insert this contact in the To: fields but when i press Ctrl
K in order to resolve the name it shows the the contacts in the global
address list but not the one in my personal contacts.
But if open outlook web access it shows me both

I added the Contact and the global address list to the address book.

Please Help

CTRL-K will resolve against the first contacts list it finds that contains
the name and then stop. Click Tools>Options to see (and control) the order.
