I have been tempted by Outlook 2003 Inside Out to try
deigning my own forms; great, designing them is simple,
the problem is how do I use them? I have tried
publishing them but the publish and publish as menu items
are greyed out and the publish toolbar button results in
a dialog box telling me I cannot save without entering an
account name! In Outlook 2002 I did manage to save them
but still could not find a way of using them.
As far as I can tell I am following the instructions as
correctly.
