One of my users having delay problem with her OL2003. When she is on the
internet or in Word and an email comes in she sees the usual quick flash of
the email message in the bottom screen. But when she actually go into
Outlook the message that flashed earlier, is not in her inbox although it
will indicate that she has 1 or 2 new messages in the inbox. In order to
retrieve them she has to escape from outlook and then go back into it, at
which point the messages instantly appear.
We did the all updates including XP sp2, uninstalled the Outlook and
reinstalled it again, didn't help.
Any idea how to fix this problem?
