Outlook delegation and prevent reading confidential(tagged) messag

Hi all,

I am new to the Outlook/exchange environment and have a question.

Let's say a secratory has full access to a partners mail via delegation. Is
that possible via code to prevent the secratory openning up the message once
the partners marks it as a confidential?

I need to know if this is possible.
