Outlook Delegation

I have a client running SBS 2003, Exchange 2003, one PC
is running Office 2003 and the other Office 2000, no
service packs on Office 2000. On the PC running 2003 I
made the user of Office 2000 a delegate, gave proper
permissions and they can reply on the behalf of the
person but not create a new message from that user, it
comes from the user creating the e-mail, even if we click
on the inbox of the person they are trying to send on the
behalf of. Any help would be appreciated!

YOu need to set the From field to the person you want the reply to come
from.
