Outlook delivering triple copies of each email from verizon server

Hello. 2 days ago I had to start with a new computer running Visat, which I
do not like at all, I installed my office suite, and started to get my email
from verizon's server, except I am getting triple copies of everything,
including junk mail. How do I stop this? Thank you for your time, Cindy

I do not have any rules configured, and I did not know to turn off my
antivirus program, but thanks to you, now I do! Thank you so much for the
links and the help.
