Outlook disables McAfee When closing

When I close Outlook it disables my McAfee program and I then must go and
re-enable it. I am running Outlook XP and Windows XP, not sure of the McAfee
version, but it is current. Does anyone know why this s or if there is a way
to correct the problem?
