We are running Exchange Server 2000 and are having a problem with one
individual's username. In the "To" field, when you type in a persons
name (John Smith) it brings up his correct name, but incorrect
username. It should read "John Smith <JSMITH>" but instead it displays
"John Smith <JMILLER>". The email address is correct though. So if you
push send, it does indeed send to [email protected].
We have never had a JMILLER. I have checked Active Directory and the
X400 name. He has no aliases listed. Any ideas?
