Outlook displays wrong folders

When I grant permission for somebody to view my Contacts, they don't see my
Contacts, instead, they see folders for which they don't have permission.
They can't see inside of these folders, they can just see them.

I'm on Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000.

Any ideas?
