Outlook Distribution List

Thank you to Russ Valentine for trying to answer my earlier question. I
realize the function of the BCC field and that is what I am TRYING to
accomplish in setting up a distribution list. There is no option to do so in
setting up a distribution list, and in the "help" of creatng one, it clearly
states that "all recipients will see each other". I do not want this. I need
to create one as though it has BCC functionality. Hopefully my question is
more clear this time. Thank you.

Your question was always clear.
The answer is still no.
Hiding names is not a property or function of the DL.
That's why there is a BCC field. No recipient will ever see the contents of
the BCC field.

Russ was explicit. Create your DL. When you compose your message, enter
the DL's name in the Bcc field. That's all there is to it.
