Outlook Distribution Lists

When I delete a name from a distribution list it
dissappears form the Outlook Inerface but it stills sends
the message to the email address. Even when I delete an
entire Distribution list it still shows up in my auto-
choices for the recipient field. Any idea how to make
these really go away. I can't remove old bad addresses
from my distribution groups and also send stuff to people
I don't want to because they are secretly still im my
distribution lists.

You did not post your Outlook version.
For Outlook 2002-2003, clear your Autocompletion cache (NK2 file).
For earlier versions, clear your AutoNameCheck List (NICK file).
Search the KB for these terms if you do not know how to do so.
