Outlook Distribution Lists

When I create a distribution list of say 500 names before sending the email I
am prompted with 2 boxes:
1. A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outloook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected it may be a virus
and and you should choose "No."
2. A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. DO you
want to allow this? If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should
choose "No."

How do you avoid this? What would be the best solution?

Do you use Word as your mail editor? If so, this could be Adobe Acrobat's
PDFMaker add-in. Disable it, if so, or don't use Word as the editor.

This, too, can be caused by some add-in you have, like an antiovirus program
that is scanning your outbound messages. If so, disable it.
