Outlook Distribution Lists

I have received a distribution list as an attachement on a mail. I would like
to save the list in Contacts. Any ideas?

format.
If it is sent as an Outlook Item in an RTF message, you simply open it and
save it.

When you create a distribution list in Outlook 2007 you have an option on the
Distibution List Ribbon to Send the list in Outlook Format.

The person receiving the mail receives the list as an attachement & when you
open the attachment it opens the distribution list. If you use the save &
close option on the Message Ribbon - it seems to save the mail & not the
distribution list. I want to be able to save the attached distribution list
to the recipients "Contacts".
