Outlook does not receive

Outlook 2003 - sends email without a problem, but will not attempt to
receive. All settings are as they were before this problem started. No
errors are rreturned when attempting to send/receive.
Suggestions?

Use the test accounts option, see if that gives an err.msg

It just started to work - I made no changes???
