Outlook does not recognize contact when syncronising Palm

When I sync with my iPAQ it will not recognize 2 contacts that are in my
contacts. It reads " Microsoft Office Outlook dos not recognize (Contacts
Name)" How do I get the 2 contacts to be recognized? I have deleted the
contacts and re entered and have rebooted the computer, and have done a soft
reboot to the PC as well.
