outlook does not recognize it is online, so even though I check the box to
schedule an automatic send/receive every 5 minutes while oinline, it doesn't
do it. I have to manually hit the send/receive button in order for outlook
to download any new messages. If I check the box to schedule an automatic
send/receive while offline, it works, however, I do not want to have to check
the box on this option as it is annoying while I am offline to get messages
that outlook could not connect to the server. I am connected to the internet
via a DSL usb cable.
