Outlook Does Not Remember Username & Password

Recently updated Windows XP Home and am using Outlook
2002. After updating Outlook keep asking for the
password everytime it checks or sends email.

Can anyone help?

I have seen this quite a few times. There is a registry
fix that should solve your problem. Take a look at this
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article:

If you want the Reader's Digest condensed version, I
believe these registry edits should fix your problem:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols
]
"ncacn_np"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_ip_tcp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncadg_ip_udp"="rpcrt4.dll"

Gerald, this site tells you what to do to fix the problem.
I have the same issue. You need to change something in
the registry. I haven't tried it yet. Good luck.
