outlook does not repaint itself while addin shows a form

Hi,

I have an addin for outlook that adds a commandbar with a button on it.
When the button is clicked a form is displayed to do some task.
But outlook does not repaint itself until the form is closed.

You'll need to specify your Outlook versions, also, a short clip of
what code you are using would be useful.
