Often Outlook doesn't respond anymore, have to restart
and run Analyse.
This time even Analyse is not working: directly after
starting outlook there is no respons.
A pop-up screen advices to start outlook in save mode.
Also in save mode the program is stopped directly after
starting.
Probable cause is a spam message but I cannot remove it
from outlook if the program cannot be started.
What to do?
The spam message is not infected by a virus.
