Hey Folks;
I have exchange 2000 and outlook that came with officexp.
one of my users does not see the received email until he starts some sort of
activity on outlook, for example; when he sends an email all of a sudden he
starts mail appear in his inbox although it seems like he received an hour
earlier. it seems to me that some how outlook is not continuously connected
to the exchange server.
how do I fix the problem? anyone have any idea?
